Impact Builder helps students move from delivering activities to understanding whether those activities made a difference. It draws a clear line between activities, outputs, outcomes, and independently verified outcomes — and never labels an outcome 'verified' without evidence review.

A mentor meets regularly, reviews evidence, and challenges the student to distinguish what was delivered from what actually changed. Independent verification is separate from mentor review.

Impact Builder is a sustained commitment. Parents should understand the time required and the honest, evidence-led approach.

Students maintain and deepen the community partnership, gathering feedback directly from the people the project serves.
