Terms of Use

SelexIQ Impact programmes are designed for students aged approximately 14–18. A parent or guardian must provide consent for students under 18 before programme participation and before any community project activities begin.

• Admission to any university, college, or educational institution.
• Awards, scholarships, or any form of external recognition.
• A community partner (NGO or school) for every project — partnerships depend on availability, fit, and safeguarding clearance.
• That a project will proceed to implementation — all projects depend on feasibility, safeguarding, and approval.
• That outcomes will be labelled "verified" — verification depends on independent evidence review.

The Fit Review is free. Fees for other programmes are published on each programme page or available on request. Fees do not guarantee project approval, partner matching, or verified outcomes. Cancellation and refund terms are available on request and apply per the published policy.

• Engage honestly with mentors and partners.
• Follow the safeguarding plan for all project activities.
• Document progress truthfully and avoid overstating outcomes.
• Respect the privacy of community members and partner organisations.

• Provide accurate consent for programme participation and project activities.
• Review and manage consent for photography, video, and publication of student work.
• Notify SelexIQ of any safeguarding concerns promptly.

Approved project stories may be published on the public website only with explicit parent/guardian consent. SelexIQ reserves the right to decline publication of any content that does not meet verification, safeguarding, or consent standards. Students retain ownership of their project work.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading false evidence, misrepresenting outcomes, contacting community members outside approved project channels, or attempting to access another user's data.

SelexIQ Impact provides mentorship, structure, and a platform for responsible community projects. We are not liable for outcomes of community activities, decisions of partner organisations, or external events. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme.

We may update these terms as programmes evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active participants. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
