Guided Launch supports students with an approved blueprint to implement their project responsibly. Delivery depends on safeguarding, feasibility, permissions and partner availability. The programme emphasises careful preparation, a pilot before scale, and honest documentation.

Checkpoint mentorship

A mentor meets the student at each monthly checkpoint, reviews safeguarding, and provides written guidance. Mentors do not run the project — the student leads.

For parents

Guided Launch is where delivery happens, under safeguarding and mentor oversight. Parents should understand the time commitment and communication expectations.

Weekly time commitment is typically 4–6 hours.
All delivery follows an approved safeguarding plan.
Parents receive a monthly progress note.
Project activities depend on partner availability and permissions.
