Legacy Leader
Legacy Leader is for students who have delivered real impact and want to make it last. The focus is responsible long-term leadership, sustainability, and handing the initiative to the next generation of students. Participation does not guarantee awards, university admission, publications or recognition.

Deliverable: Leadership vision
Senior mentorship and peer leadership
A senior mentor supports the student's transition from project leader to mentor of others. The student also contributes to peer learning within the SelexIQ community.
For parents
Legacy Leader is the most sustained pathway. Parents should understand the long-term commitment and the focus on responsible handover rather than personal accolades.
- Weekly time commitment is typically 4–6 hours over eighteen months.
- The emphasis is sustainability and succession, not awards.
- Participation does not guarantee university admission or recognition.
- Parents receive a termly progress note.
Community ownership
The end goal is a community-owned initiative. Students work with the community partner to confirm the handover is genuine and sustainable.
