Who can apply
Students aged 14–18 who care about their community and want to lead authentic, responsible initiatives. You don't need a project idea, prior experience, or a perfect plan — just curiosity and commitment.
How the programme works
Every student follows a structured pathway with mentor guidance, milestone checkpoints, and honest documentation. You move at a pace that fits your life, with safeguarding built into every step.

How parents participate
Because we serve students under 18, a parent or guardian supports every application — providing consent, staying informed, and receiving progress notes throughout.
What happens after applying
Our team reviews your application, you may be invited to a Fit Review, and a placement decision is shared with you and your family. Applying does not guarantee a place.
